Les Mills

If you haven't heard of Les Mills, check them out. They are based in New Zealand, but have become a world known phenomenon.   They provide the most amazing classes available for group exercise. They only have the best instructors.

Every other certification I have done is a one-day event in which you get a certificate to teach right after.

But Les Mills wants quality. You first attend a physically, emotionally, and intellectually challenging weekend training with super long days. At the end you either pass or have to redo class.

Then you have to audition within 1 month, which then allows you permission to start your assessment.

You then have 2 months to video tape yourself teaching the format to the fullest with 100% choreography, technique and coaching. And they are really picky on everything. But that is why they are soooo good.

They offer 10 classes. I did my first one 18 months ago, BODYPUMP.

I just did my second training for RPM (cycle).   Loved it and can't wait to get through audition and assessment.
